A low-budget traveler who finds joy in cooking, storytelling, playing the bass, and, well, savoring delicious meals. After dedicating 7 years to the IT area, I decided to direct my career towards one of the things that brings me the most joy: culinary arts. I have been evolving my skills as a chef for a few years and currently am studying commercial cookery while collaborating with very talented chefs in Australia.
